Bill Clear is the Social Democrats councillor for Naas on Kildare County Council.

Bill is vice chair of Naas Tidy Towns and is married with three children.

Bill has lived in Naas for 20 years and is chair of the Naas Greenway project which is a cycle and walking network that connects all estates to all schools and sports clubs in the area. Bill is vice chair of Naas Tidy Towns, Vice Chair Naas Access and Disability Group, Coaches Athletics and Football. He is married with three children. He works as a Marine Casualty Investigator.
