Dave Quinn is the Social Democrats councillor for Dún Laoghaire on Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council.
The Social Democrats stand for change – a change to the unfair and unequal county that we live in.
I believe in having an ambition to deliver a better society for those who for whatever reason do not have a realistic opportunity to live a full and meaningful life. That means a bigger and better delivery of State services. Health, housing and education should not be restricted to those who can pay.
I believe that people with disabilities, and their families should have all the supports that are necessary to live a life without pain, suffering and struggle.
As a county, we have enormous wealth and income, as measured by GDP. Our ambition is to use the country’s resources in a sustainable way, delivering better lives for all its.
I am proud to be a member and representative of the Social Democrats in Dún Laoghaire.
