Shipping and Collection Information
What are your shipping options?
You can choose to have your order delivered to you, or you can pick it up from our HQ in Dublin 2.
How do we ship your orders?
We use An Post for all orders delivered within the Republic of Ireland.
When can I expect to receive my purchase?
Orders received by midnight on Thursday each week will be shipped on the following Friday.
Picking up from HQ?
We will contact you by email once your order is ready for collection.
Live outside the Republic of Ireland?
Email us at info@socialdemocrats.ie and we will check what shipping options are available for you.
Returns and Refunds
Returns Policy
We are happy to assist you with the return of items that are unsuitable, provided you notify us within 14 days from the day after your item(s) were delivered.
If you would like to return an item, please send an email to admin@socialdemocrats.ie and include:
- Your Name
- Order Number
- Item(s) you would like to return
- Reason for return
Eligibility for Return
For an item to be eligible for a refund, it must be in the same condition as when you received it. The item must be unused, unworn, and suitable for immediate resale.
We cannot issue a refund for any item that:
- Shows signs of use: If the product shows any signs of wear (e.g., stains, rips, holes, or damage).
- Is not in original condition: If the item is returned in a condition that is not acceptable for return.
- Is late: Returned after the 14-day receipt period has ended.
Important Note: If an item arrives damaged or faulty, this is considered our error and you will be entitled to a full refund, including delivery costs, as detailed in the Refunds Process section.
Refunds Process
Once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition, we will process the refund as quickly as possible. We aim to make this process smooth and efficient.
Refunds will be made using the original method of payment you used for your online purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 7 days of us receiving the returned goods or cancellation of the order.
- Our error (e.g., faulty or incorrect product): We will refund your delivery cost.
- Change of mind: You will be responsible for all delivery costs when returning the goods.
Return Guidelines
For a successful return, please ensure the following:
- Proper Packaging: All returned items must be packaged securely to protect the product during transit.
- Clear Labeling: Clearly label the package with our return address:

Ordering and Payments
Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, processed securely via Stripe. All prices are shown in Euro (€) and include VAT (Value Added Tax) where applicable at the current Irish rate.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at admin@socialdemocrats.ie. We can only guarantee cancellation if we are notified before the order has been shipped.
